Attrition Rates: This is How You Reduce Them

Employees constantly change the company until they achieve consistent growth. Attrition rates are the percentages of employees who quit a company during a specific period, generally a year. Attrition can be either voluntary (when an employee quits of their own choice) or involuntary (when an employee is dismissed or laid off).
